Eduction in balance

I am a subscriber of Jharkhand and my prepaid mobile no is 9934518044 and on roaming. I got a topup of Rs 120/= on 26/07 and surprised to see my balance only Rs 0.97 on 28/07. Between 26th july to 28th july neither I made a call nor I received any. It is not clear how my balance became almost zero
