Airtel Prepaid
Customer care exicutive is not connecting

I Mr. Shantanu Ghosh having operator No. 9932284573, from few days costumer service is not connecting, 121 is connecting and after typing (9) voice says thanking you for calling airtel. And another thing when I am calling this TOLL Free No.19014256633, service centre say (Your Address proof is not proper to call this Number) please tell me what I have to do from my side to solve this and every proof already had been given against this number.

Kindly solve this immeditaly.
