Airtel Prepaid
Cannot call Special 5 numbe

I recently took an airtel prepaid conection. Phone: 9163512205. I activated a special 5 number and now all numbers except this special 5 number works. The person i call the most is unable to talk to me. Its pathetic plan and more so because airtel does not have any number where i can talk to a human being. Ridiculous!!
