I am using airtel prepaid

I am facing indoor coverage problem for the past 3 months

I register complaints already on the same months on August

I lost the reference no (complaints no) but it was register in cc

Note; I am facing indoor coverage problem but tower is 1km far from my home

I am receiving cell info display as " Kombakkam" - near villianur, District- Puducherry - 10.

I am receiving outdoor coverage, but when i get inside my house, i lost all coverage points, coverage as

null point, i already check with all mobile model, kindly check the details of my complaints

Resolve my concern as soon as possible
