Deduction of Balance without usages

Sir,

My Mobile No. is : 09970333988. I purchase this sim card from Nandurbar-Maharastra. I am using this card since 2006.

In May, I was in Sangli-Maharastra. I recharge Rs.395 on 08/04 from one shop in Vishrambag-Sangli. Maharastra. & only two days I used approx. balance of Rs. 20 (Twenty). After that due to some project work, I am in Gujarat. Since May I am not inserting this sim card in my mobile.

But yesterday I inserted my sim card in mobile & surprised to see my balance was Rs. -22 . Actually It should be Approx. 375 .

I tried to contact customer care but Presenly I am in Gujarat so gujarat customer care are not able to answer.

Kindly recheck your system & do needfull.
