Unauthorised VAS - cricket pack

My name is Pednekar and my Airtel number is 9892781944. Just last 3 days I had complaint about Airtel putting Vas services without the customer's authorization on customer services (ref no 1014582802). Still I have received their cricket messages and cut daily 3 rs. These day light robbers just rob their customers. Please do let me know how do I get this issue resolved.
