Eduction of balance without any prior infromation

I was not told that it is there back out day in which no service coupons can be activated & as there was no information, there was a reduction in my main balance . after complianing in there customer care there was no positive reaction from airtel & they also told me that they cannot help me for anything. at that time my balance was nil & i was in emergency at that time.
