The mobile phone companies provide several services mostly paid, through simple SMS or through net, sometimes SMS comes and by mistake the reply is sent and service starts, it is very easy. The company starts charging. But when requesting to stop there is no way other than through Customer Care, which will never, listen or obey. There is no proof of telephonic request. So the process should be reverse. The TRAI should make sure that company should not cheat innocent users. Even DNDC will stop promo ads for some time but will not stop so called SERVICE, daily horror, scope, caller tune, jokes and many more money squeezing services.
I am using Airtel prepaid since 10 years.By my unlucky I replied oneSMS from 55382 and getting menace.
