FHM Video wrongly deducting Rs 5

Sir, I am usin NOP services on Airterl prepaid connections from time I received this card. I dont know how but all of a sudden this FHM Video services are being activated very often and and everyday Rs. 5/- are deducted. The customercare persons everyday make false promises to refund wrongly deducted amount but never refund nor are able to stop this service. Today I was given this website URL by some senior person called Kamal in customer care. I was unable to access this site through my mobile NOP connection as the error message I get was unknown host. This time it started yesterday and I was given a complaint number 1101826420700 and was assured by the customer care executive that it will never again charge Rs 5/- But to my astonishment it was renewed today again and deducted an amount of Rs 5/- I want this service be stopped immediately and my Rs 10/- refunded immediately.
