Disconnected my network

I have submitted trice the documents for my prepaid Airtel (Friends) card still my service put off for not submitting the documents. I wnat to ask why is it so? I am getting sms continiously about TRAI.I kindly request you to please start my service as soon as possible, Otherwise I can take help of CUNSUMER COURT.
