Airtel Prepaid
Deduction from my account

Since July I have found that some amount is deducted regularly from my prepaid balance. My mobile no. is 9004575191. On complaining to 121 I get the reply that some service is started on my mobile. I have never requested for any service any time. This has happened 4 times in last four months. The Airtel supervisor from cusomer service manages to refund the deducted money but the problem of deduction continued. Kindly do the needful so that the unnecessary deduction stops for ever.
