Plan has been changed to one

Dear sir, my mobile no is 9995334388 .This no is prepaid and it was a friends pack sim. But after 21-october-09 my plan is automaticaly changed to the message scheme. I was do very complaint for customer care but they are no response for my complaint. They told me that the plan was changed and they are helpless. I dont know who recharge 3rs to my number.
