Unnecessarily getting Cricket Alerts from Number 54321

I am unnecessarily getting Cricket Alerts from Number 54321 though I have not subscribed for this service. Moreover my balance is getting deducted for this service. and this the the 5th time it has happened. and when i am talking to Airtel Customer care they assure me that this will happen again but i think they make a fool of us. I really regret the day i opted for Airtel. They are cheaters.
