False/Less/Useless Informations and irregular Customer Care

I recharged my airtel prepaid phone number with limited time offer of Rs60 for reducing my call rates to 60 paise for both local and std calls.

the problem i faced was that it stopped working after about a week.

i try to call to costumer care executive, they say that this was done because i had my validity extended to life time after a week of this Rs60 recharge.when i said them to write a complaint for this they simply refused to do so and i lost Rs60 due to this idiotic bug or whatever it is according to airtel. AND COME ON Rs60 ARE JUST ENOUGH FOR A COLLEGE GOING PERSON
