Airtel Prepaid
Unnecessary money deduction from my prepaid acc

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that airtel has been deducting Rs 15 every month from my number for the past three months. I had previously registered in frenzo chat as such activating the service reqiured a service fee, but since I have deactivated the service I am not liable to pay any fee. I contacted many times in Airtel regarding the problem but they simply show no concern and are not refunding my amount. I have talked to the senoir executive Gauri Pal but she also ignored me.

Therefore I kindly request you to take strict steps against Airtel regarding my problem. My airtel prepaid no. is 9831780908.
