Un-necsessary Balance Reduction

I am using Airtel for past 1 week (new connection), Airtel dedected 60 Rs in parts of 30 rs 2 times for some subscription which I did opt for, and the worst part is I am unable to clal the customer care as they have blocked my number since i called them once. I am getting a response to sms AIRTEL to 121
