Airtel Prepaid
NDNC mode activation

I am a prepaid user (9967251005). I am using prepaid number since last three years. In september, unknowingly 30Rs got deducted from my account. On contacting the customer care I came to know that I had subscribed for spicy jokes since last 2 months, which I never had subscribed!! After that I had asked to activate the NDNC mode on my mobile date 21-09-09, reg number W1013717490. I got SMS stating that all promotional communication will stop within 45 days but on the contrary, I still receive promotion calls (Received one today from e-love). On contacting the customer care regarding this, I was told that they are facing some technical problem. This makes me think about the credibility of the technical/softwares used by airtel.

Could you pls let me know the reason?
