Non functioning offered pack

Hi,

I have airtel number 9960988467 and had recharged with 108 rs pack for 250 free sms. However despite doing two recharges of 108 I am still being charged rs 1.50 per sms and despite giving a complaint on 09 nov numbered 300526904852012 and was told that I would be reimbursed the overcharged money and that the problem too would be solved. Despite passage of 24 hours nothing has been done, neither have I been reimbursed the money nor has the charging stopped. Despite repeated efforts I am unable to get in touch with the help line and its really disgusting. The worst thing is that it’s a prepaid conection in which I am paying in advance and despite that I have to run around trying to get services which you have already taken the money for.

Sorry to say but pathetic services and you should be really ashamed of this.
