Pulse of call

I own 9829033192 number with prepaid connection. I have observed while making outgoing call, as soon as exactly 1.00 minute is reached; charge for next minute is dedcuted whereas it should not be. The pulse rate is for 1 minute which means 60 seconds, then why deduction for next call. To be more precise, If outgoing call is completed exactly on 1.0 Minute (60 seconds) Bharti Telecome deducts for 2 minutes and not for 1 minute. Why so?
