Outgoing cut

I have purchase one airtel prepaid connection.on before 1 week.the id proof & one passsport photo is also submitted. Then one day is working.2nd day will not working.outgoing is cut.go an distributor office tell the matter.there is no response.that card rc=245 rate cutter& Rs.50.00 top up also used. But my money is waste.

i have an retailer shop. My customers many also using airtel. i am canvasing use airtel.it is the best network in india.

i am an airtel customer for 4 years. i like an airtel.they r so many useful topups, & rate cutters. But still this time airtel is waste.

so take an immediate action.
