Airtel Prepaid
Unwanted package activation reg

I am using airtel prepaid connection (my number is 9789134559) past 4 years. But the service provider (airtel) without my knowledge or request activating some kind of packages and deducting amount from my account, for this regard i contacted customer care also. but repeatly their doing same fraud, at presnt they activated cricket score pack and they are deducting rs. 3/- per day from my account. for this regard i contacted customer care but my call is blocked.please do the needful
