The balance in my a/c was Rs 78.79 on 8 th of November. Please tell me how it has reduced to Rs 49.79 today on 20 th of November having made only two calls and two SMS during the intervening period.

Kindly refer to my earlier letter below. I repeat I do not wish to use any of your additional paid services /internet access e.t.c.
