SMS undeliver & CCE

Dear Airtel

Since more than a month I am facing a problem of delivery of SMSes. Please note the following

it says me

"Message Sent".

"Amount" is deducted

But no delivery report and sms shows pending. Resending too is of no use.

I have tried changing message sending profile settings but this too is of no use.

I hope you will understand the problem and will try to rectify it immedietly.

Another problem is of CCE, these days i do not get to reach to CC exec to talk. Please look into this matter too.
