Deducution of 60rs

Dear sir i have a prepaid sim no.is 9896111460 of airtel.i had 70rs in my acc. company deduct near about 60rs from my acc.without informing me.icalled to their coustmer care no.they tolled me that cricket pack is activated on ur no.itolled them i getnot this pack activated on my no.he repallyed my i could not do any thing for this, u can take any step for this.i am requesting to u pls do some thing to solve my problem.
