Activation of paid VAS without intimation

My Airtel prepaid no. is 9892270858 . From last 1 week i observed a deduction in my balance and realized that something is wrong. To crosscheck i made a call to the customer service and found out that "Cricket score" and "News" was activated on my account without my knowledge.

It is a very shameful thing that a reputed firm like "Airtel" has to stoop so low to increase their wealth
