Dear Sir
I became tired of customer support service of Airtel Prepaid. I was subscribed for 2 unwanted pack (1. GameClub, 2. life_pack) which i dint choose to activate and actually I am unable to get benefit of those services/packs evenafter paying Rs 60 for those unwillingly. To deactivate those unwanted packs i called so many times to customer care service 121 but i never be connected to any CC executive then i called to GPRS Helpline Executive at 12118. Although I m pleased to talk them but they are helpless to solve my problem that is to deactivate those unwanted packs permanantly. I am using Airtel only for Mobile Office to utilize internet on my Mobile phone from last 3 years.
I request you to pls deactivate all service packs activated on my number and to improve 121 facility.
