Airtel Prepaid
Provided service without consent or requist

I am the custumer of airtel prepaid since long and my mobile no.9893201478.My complain is that today i have been received message from 54321 "Dear Airtel subscriber, your weekly missed call alert service has been updated"and deducted the amount from my balance. It is not first time happened sevices like helo tune, chating etc.had been activated witout my consent or request and deducted the chrages from my balance.

Is it the possible that service provider can activate any service without consent or request of suscriber and deduct the amount?
