Unauthorised charges deducted

Dear Sir,
This is Rajesh Nair from Bhopal. I have purchased an Airtel prepaid SIM (M.No. 9630430159) two months ago. The only reason for purchasing the SIM was for use of GPRS through my computer. The first problem faced was connecting to the customer care. After making 15 to 20 calls i use to get the customer care executive. The information provided by the executives is also not satisfactory.
After all those problems faced i managed to get the mobile connected to the internet. This process of getting the internet connected cost me around Rs. 30 to 35. Since then i am using the GPRS facility.
There is a problem which i am facing from that date. Everyday apart from usual internet charges of Rs.10, an amount of around Rs. 4 to 5 is deducted from my account. I fail to understand why this amount is deducted. I have never subscribed for any services other than GPRS.
I am getting Cricket Scores on my mobile without subscribing for the same. I have complained the matter to the customer care executive. The executive asked me to send STOP to a particular number. I have also done that and still the services are ON.
I request you to kindly send me a statement mentioning the amounts deducted from your side till date along with the particulars respectively. I am very much annoyed by the services provided by the company. Kindly get the matter resolved as soon as possible.
