Wrong deduction of Talktime

My airtel No. is 91-9890156949 (ROM- Aurangabad) i have never activated any service on my number still continiously money is getting deducted from my A/c. i have twice talked to their customer support executive. First time he has told we are sorry as i could even see there is no service activated but still money is getting deducted for some "Spicy Joke" he got just Rs. 3 returned to my main balance. but later again it was deducted. A total of 50-60rs talktime has been deducted up till now. I need that money back.
