Respected Sir

I am an airtel customer with number 9790540257, i called customer care for details of my balance depletion on 27/11/09, I was not given proper response from the agent Mr Sreenivasan

who attended my call. he cut the call without considering my complaint. Then i called again an agent named muthu attended my call and cut the call telling something, This is not the first time, ni am calling airtel repeatedly for balance depletion for last four months but my complain on frequent balance depletion is not yet rectified, Sir Kindly help me to stop the balance depletion and take proper action against the irresponsible agents
