Dear airtel service provider my self is rajesh i m using Idea, Smart and Airtel's service every one asking, Idea is The best do you know why? because of their policies and they think always for their coustermer and not for the promotion advertisements (To earn only). I am receiving your promotion call daily while Driving (Stop the bike and then cut call and then start the bike) i can not remember my friends mb. no. but i remember your promotion call no. some time this call comes while i m in important meeting and some time during my study. I call your coustremer care they promise me that you sms DND then promotion calls will be stoped. I did that immediately but it was not stopped then i recalled your CC they told me that it is ok you sms immediately but we will stop it after 45 days wow what the great service. thanks a lot for providing this type of great service.
