Deduction of Amount from Balance

Dear Sir,

I my self Rishikesh Bhatt Mobile Number 9998066398.Today i: e dated 28/01 around 2:30PM, Rs 15 Was deducted from my account having message from airtel that ur scheme for reverse miscall service is activated congratulation, as same was not required by me and then i call up customer care to refund my Rs 15 in my account..But airtel executive told that our system is not responding so call after 24 hours we will see what can be done in ur case. After 1 Hour i once again call customer care same reply was given back our system is not working kindly call tomorrow to find out what can be done giving me the Complain Number 9012851839700.

Above example reveals the quality of customer service Airtel is providing to innocent customer. Kindly refund deduction amount in my account as same i am faced many times.

Also if ur system are not working in business hour kindly update with new one for the convenience of customer, STOP Deducting Amount from Balance...;.
