Frequent Deduction of prepaid balance

I had recharged two prepaid vouchers of Rs 295 & Rs 120 in last 10 days. I got balance of 295 and 106.Since last 10 days, there is a frequent deduction of balance of around Rs300 from my card. I registered a complaint to customer care executive and Seior officials twice. Despite of my not making calls, they are saying that there are calls being made from your number. I had not made any call to the said number and they are not ready to accept their system fault. I want my unused balance. What should I do?
