Hi,

This is Kaushal Pathak... I have a Airtel's prepaid card. I am using it from over an year now. On Februray 27 an amount of Rs 25 was dedcuted from my account and when I called up the Airtel Customer care... it was a horrible service..After waiting for a long time when the call got connected they told me that it was connected because of activation of service... you have to deactivate that I asked him when did it get activated he has no answer and said "Airtel mein call karne k liye dhanyvaad"

I again made a call this time they said their system is not working and again the same punch line...

I again made a call that person said that I have enabled voice mail... and gave me a number to call. when I called instead of dectivation I was charged again...

On a whole it was bad expereince... bad service... only thing I want to say that Airtel is a big FRAUD... they do not know to treat with the customers... they cheat their customers. They do not know how to behave with their customers...

Through this channel I only want to say that please take an action on this... this is very harrasing for the customer... we are paying for our services and then they are treating their customers like this...

If this is the way you will keep on behaving very soon you will loose all ur customer base
