Airtel Prepaid
Talk time Value not updated

I have taken prepaid connection of Airtel on last December for rupees 222. According to the scheme after initial connection the customer gets an amount of rupees 111. After recharging with rupees 200 in the next month the previous 111 rupees talk time value gets added in the account. but in my case after initial connection in December I recharged twice on Jan 12th and Feb 5th but the talk time value of 111 never got added. I called the Airtel customer care number of 9892098920 at least 15 times in the ladt 2 months but every time I was told politely that it will be done in 24 hours but the amount still does not get updated. every time they register complain and give a refernece number but with no cause. Is this kind of service Airtel provides to customers? I am tottaly frustrted with thier service.
