Charging for the service not opted

I am from Delhi and my mobile No.is 9818770119. I got a message yesterday morning that Rs.30/- will be deducted for a service called Air tel talkies which I have never heard or subscribed and finds no time for such a service. Accordingly, de-activation was made by me and the return mail was received. Surprisingly, by evening I have noticed that Rs.30/- is deducted from my A/C. Upon this, I have called the call center personal and he told that he will place the request for retrieval of the money. But later it is found that again a sum of Rs.30/- is again deducted. Thus a total sum of Rs.60/- has been deducted so far without resolving the matter. Kindly do the needful
