Unwanted deduction

Sir, I have a prepaid airtel connection, airtel has deducted my Rs. 30.00 without my permission and given a SMS ' Your subscription to Airtel Live Music on Demand has been renewed for 30 minutes. Call 543213 (toll-free) to continue enjoying superhit songs in 17 languages" I have call to to customer care that I have not taken any subscription then why airtel has renewed this? he says you have taken so it has deducted asking that when I have taken then he refused to tell. This is very very poor service from airtel.
