Airtel Prepaid
Wrong deduction from account!

I have recharged Airtel prepaid mobile No : 91 9940710554 for Rs.2000.00 INR by Online from my ICICI NRI Account on 31/03. This Amount has already debited from my account BIL000058112733/0107 on 31/03. But I did't credit this amount in my above mentioned mobile No. Earlier I recharged Rs.121.00 to the same mobile No. This was credited my mobile at the same moment.

indly do the needful and take necessary action.
