Lost of money

Hello sir

my name is karnik kothari my cellphone number is 9998889081 from last 1 and half year i am using this airtel number. from last 1 month i lost my 500/- rs. balance, i lost so much balance from airtel. i am not going anywhere from last 6 months and they said you will went to madhya pradesh and chhatishgadh, they have charged so many services which i don't say yes to them... please sir help me on this and get out of me from this.
