I have a complaint against Airtel
on 15th March I activated the GPRS on my AIRTEL No. 9960627662.
And after 16th I send the SMS for Deactivation. But I got the message "System failure Plaese Try again"
Due to the System failure my facility was not deactivated by the Airtel and Airtel Deductes Rs. 14.99 every day from my account
I talked with the Executives of Customer Care for Refund against the uneven deduction from my a/c.
On 26th March they lodged my first complaint. But still i face the same problem Rs. 14.99 is deduct from my A/c. everyday.
Then I lodged the second complaint for refund on 1st April (Complaint No. 3040125560400), the Executive said that deducted money will be brefund to me.
And on 5th April Customer Care said that still the Complaint is in process.
Again on 5th April I send a Mail to Airtel, They replied they will follow the Complaint.
BUT the Action is ZERO.
on 16th April I lodged a complaint by SMS (121) and
the Complaint No. was 041608027000
BUt the deduction of Rs. 14.99 is not stopped. Everyday they cut the same money from my Account.
