Tired of complaining about Kanti Sweets Factory - Bangalore

Hi this is the third time a complaint has been raised against this factory run by kanti sweets, i dont see any use of registring a complaint here, doesnt make any sense, if no one is taking action against these people, all the details are mentioned in the first complaint itself stilll i dont see anything done about it. Atleast is there any one here who can give the correct persons detail to whome i can contact and remove this factory from this place. All government officials are involed in it so no one is ready to help me out in this issue. Or is there any way i can directly contact the corporation office in bangalore so that this can be delt with hig importance. Its becuming nusisense dealing with these people. They dont even care of the localites who are staying there. Hopefully atleast this one wil be answered by some one. Again to inform this is regarding a factory runing in ashoknagar area on markham road, its inbetween the houses and make lot of noises and has some 50 gas cylinders and 80-90 people who work, and all day long there are vehicles blocking the whole road from moring 6 to midnite, how can this factory be closed. guys help me please
