Airtel making money unethically

I received a message that I got suscribed to Hello Tunes, which I have not appled for and others will get to hear ringtone when they call me. As I did not want that service, I called up Tollfree number 543211808 given and unsuscribed the service by pressing option 1.

After 5 mins, I received a message that My account got debited by 30Rs. After a couple of seconds more, I got another message that my account got debited again with 20Rs. So, Total amount that got debited was Rs 50 in just few seconds.

The first concern is without my knowledge/ without doing anything why was this service activated. Secondly, why the account was debited without telling me the reason.

Please look into this at the earliest and get Rs 50 refunded to my prepaid account.
