Respected Sir/madam

I m a month old custmer of your company Airtel prepaid service.

I m custmer of Bihar. I requested to activate my net in my circle to your escutive. And soon my no. got activated and the rentel was deducted but I cn't use my net cause I hvn't yet recived my settings on my hand set. I hv made many request to customer care center. to send me the settings. but what they told me at last is rediculos, they told me that they don't have settings for Nokia N72. If they dont hv the settings why they activated my net with out having the settings? Will Airtel will refund me my rentel they have charged or provide me the settings.

If the problem will continue in same way. I hv to knock the door of consumer court. I know nothing will happen to Airtel. But people will come to know about your paid careless service
