Cheat and fraud

I got a call from airtel service, i was offered a service of hello tunes at the rentals of 15 rs p/m and free downloads (i.e there would be no money debited from my account to change the song) but wen i changed the song i was charged rs 15/-.i tried to contact the coustomer care service i.e 121 but whenever i try 2 call the 121 service it says this number does not exist. my prepaid no is 9867799628 it is registered on my mothers name.
