Problem in sms sending

I am facing some problem in sending sms to a particular no. I am from Bhopal and the reciever is from Erode in Tamil nadu. I am Aitel user and the reciever is Aircel user. Whenever I send sms to that number I got reports pending, my balance is deducted at same time but message in not delivered. I have forwarded my first complaint on 13/06 and no action were taken in that respect. I am disgusted with their such behaviour.
