AIRTEL (PREPAID)
Repetatively wrong deduction of balance

Sir,

I am Manish, using Airtel prepaid card, No 9970382449 (MH) It is seen that, Airtel is doing wrong deduction of my balance for the (VAS) services, which are already deactivated from on 21.04.08, Butb till the date my balance is deducted from Airtel. I had comped around 7-8 times in last 2.5 months, but their is no FINAL solution. After complaining Airtel is adding balance to my account & immediately for the day balanced is deducted.
