My mobile no is 9746217997.my prepaid ballance is automatikly geting less.for 3rd time.and ur customer car rep teling that i am using airtel live.frst complaint on 08.06.08.i know very well that i am not using airtel live.and today two times it happens.no responce frm customer care side.this is shooking for me .pls kindly inform me why its happening.
