Customercare not solve the proplem

I acctivated airtel moble office 7day i have a problem. everyday mobileoffice charges RS30 per day .i call lot of customercare service but called me 24hours system not update ho w many 24hours and executive not transfer call to supervisor

your customercare service not solve problemthan why should open this service? shutdown this process.
