Charged extra money

Some authorized airtel prepaid recharging shops are charging extra money if you ask them either for coupon or recharge through sms.its so disappointing to see a company as big as airtel filing to keep a check on these people.i came to know recently that they shouldn't be charging any extra money.i hope something is done.
