Airtel customer service centers are totally bullshit
i am a maharashtra customer & i shifted to mumbai.
my balance was been unesesaryly deducted
continously saying it was for my last vas download.
almost Rs.500 were deducted this way over two months.
this is a trick of airtel to cheat people.
they send you a message that you can use some service for free for a certain period but there is always a catch to this.they dont inform you when the free subscription is over and continue deducting your money.
when i started facing this problem initially i ignored it.
but it became worse.
On 20th august my balance was -25 due to the stupid deductions.i recharged Rs.125 which gave me full talk time. Till i went to bed without making any calls the usual deductions took place and my balance reduced to Rs.60.The next day i got up yo see my balance become Rs.-4 and it went on to become RS.-20.
I went to an airtel customer service center which was close to my house & the guy there told me that as i was not a mumbai customer he could not help.
he told me there was an airtel gallery at a distant place &told me to go there he told me a landmark to locate the place. I reached the landmark which was about 1.2 km away.from there the airtel gallery turned out to be 0.5km away.when i reached there the guy ther told me to lift a landline kept there out of the 4 kept there. He said i would get connected to a customer care personel.when i got connected he too told me that as i was not a mumbai customer he could not help.
i told the guy in the gallery about it.
he told me the same not from mumbai shit.
I felt like giving that fucking ashole a lot of badwords but refrained.
I used to feel sympathetic for the bpo employes my father shouted to on the phone.
Now i have changed my mind and now that what they get is what they desreve.
